Did a first for me today i did a backflip ...completely unintentionally . I came out the back door of our office onto the landing which has 4 steps down to the rear staff car park and slipped on what i later found out to be spilled yogurt proceeding to fall backwards down the stairs flipping missing the stairs completely and landing on my feet unharmed . I freaked out thinking i had hurt summin but realised what i had done with no injury what so ever !! ^v^
that could have easily put you in the hospital.
Which is something I don't think you need
right now.
Would of been a sad lil hatchie if that happened. *big hugs*
