Okay, I had this idea last night for a new species, and I want to know what you guys think.
These will likely all be canids, though I'm thinking I may use felines, dragons, buns, etc. as rarer types.
These are the current designs, and you can find them up for adopt on my DA, username sammyj96:

The markings are optional, just like with regular OCs, but they've all got a door in their chest.
This door has the potential to hide items, and when you purchase this species there will be a 50% chance that it has something inside.
Items can range from adopt tickets, items the bab loves, or items to change aspects of the design, such as fur dye, piercings, or colored contacts.
Once paid for, you will be asked how you try to get the item, and the item's value will be higher if you figure out the "Secret Password," which will change from adopt to adopt. You may have to ask it nicely if you can open the doors, you may have to bribe it, you may have to fight it. It all depends on how I'm feeling. I will have a specific one for each, though.
What do you guys think about this? I doubt it'd be one of the species that gets super popular like angel dragons or headless kin, but it'd be cool if a few people liked them ^^

Why not use RNG to determine what kind of items will be in each species' door? They could all have different lists of potential rewards and then you throw the dice once they are fully purchased by the customer to determine what the prizes will be?
