Hey there guys, it´s Jake here ^^

Time for making a post USA/BLFC journal, sorry for taking so long to get it done ^^

So the flights to Portland (and also way back to Finland) went overall well, even with small delays and confusing gate changes on Amsterdam-Portland flight.

As I saw the legendary Portland airport carpet, I knew that I have arrived and it´s time for great times in Portland.
 hornetv2 picked me up from airport and took me to his home after roaming around the city a bit. His wonderful "pup" Charlie showed me that he remembers me still even when I saw him previously 2 years ago ^^ I have missed both Charlie and Hornet so much.

Later the last weekend of May, we had a outdoor party with few of Hornet´s friends and I had lots of fun during the party. Also we did went for Portland Rose Festival and Oregon Zoo. The weather was really warm and sunny, so it was really perfect for outdoor activities ^^
On Memorial Day, Hornet and I went to Eugene to visit our friends and had chance for bowling. On my side, it went pretty good, even when my right arm started to get tired (the same arm which I hurt during NFC, it´s recovered though at times it´s aching just little bit if I lean on it long periods).

On Wednesday, Hornet took me to the local Gamestop to pick up Nintendo Switch bundle he bought for me.
I´m so happy for that and it´s been in a really well use lately on me. Anyone who wants to add me, check out the journal for Friend code.

Then it´s time to go to the BLFC, Hornet and  mizuiro drove us to Reno and we was ready for con shenanigans. ^^
Hornet started to tag people with Soraya tags, which has a random pic of one of Soraya stickers on Telegram. Those was very successfully popular amount people and specially Twitter exploded with one special incident, as we were going in a room party and found a room 666, Hornet decided that he should give a tag "Summons Satan in Spanish" x3
Then we discovered that there was a picture of it on Twitter and it got so many favorites and retweets that even got us surprised *chuckles*

Otherwise, I had lots of fun during the con. Really needed for this trip after being so stressed and hugely worried about irl stuff (aka unemployment and getting life back in control with weight loss and such).
There´s so many wonderful people I was managed to meet during the con, our old friends and also new ones.
Thank you so much to everyone who I was able to meet and hug, I´m hugely embarrassed that I might sounded awkward or not so talkative at times.
But I´m really doing my best to get myself back into more social *looks embarrassed*
Now after 5 days after returning Finland, I´m still missing Portland and BLFC so much. So I´m definitely hopeful that I´m able to come back next year, unless I´m getting work and I can´t get time off for the trip.


For rest of the June, I´ll start my 4 month long trainee period in previous place I was before USA trip.
So I´ll make my best to get more arts done for your enjoyment ^^
Also I´m trying my best to clean up my home and try to re-organize stuff there, plus starting to get back in progress for losing weight and getting more exercise (As past few weeks I haven´t been as strict with diet or exercised a lot, so I might have gained some weight again ^//^).

Next con adventure will be at September, that´s when Tracon will be happening in Tampere, Finland.
