"Guarantee"? Pfff guarantee my a**!

So I orderd something of the internet 24 May 2017 and the email I got after placing my order said:
"The estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days and we guarantee delivery 10 days from the date you placed your order."
Didn't get anything for 16 days so I sent their customer support a mail last friday, asking where my things might be.
And so today I got a email from them.... It was a shipping confermation saying that my stuff was shipped out today.
Kinda hoped to have had my stuff by now. Also rude not answering my email and maybe getting an apology or something :p
So much salt!
