Aaayyyyyy, It's A Celebration Peoples

So my life is super confusing right now, sorry about the failed promises of art consistency last month but I'm trying so there.
Anyway, notice the amount of pals here? Over 200! That means I'm close to 300 pals and that's just nifty. I'm thinking of a little celebration in regards to this that may be to the enjoyment of all you pals. What is this celebration? Well I'll describe what will happen and how you're gonna take part.
1: This will be a raffle, what that means is that I'm going to randomize a set amount of times until I get a person (or people) who win said raffle.
2: I will decide if the participants will be via comments directly on a post/journal whom are watchers, or just going into the watcher list itself.
3: This celebration prize will of course be art of a YCH nature I think.
SO, what I mostly need is input from you guys. Please tell me what you think you would prefer outta #2 for the raffle participants and if you would rather a drawing of your character straight up or naughty if you got picked.
Also please PM me if you read this and don't want to be included.
Other than that This won't be for a bit so feel free to tell me if you think this idea sucks or if 300 isn't celebration worthy, I'm not a very self confidant person you know.
