I didnt want to make this public but I feel like I have the right too at this point.
Over a year and 3 months ago I had commissioned a artist to do a single SFW picture.
we exchanged details and sent the money there way.
Months had gone by and they kept on taking new commissions and pushing mine, and other older commissioners further back into there work log.
And whenever I would reach out to them asking when my piece would be done they would either say, Oh tomorrow, or later that week I should have it.
Nope, not the case. They then caved and made a post that they would be refunding all old commissioners there money because they were over worked and stressed (which is fine)
BUT TO THIS DAY, I have not received my money back... I had asked them about a month after they talked with me about the refund , and still nothing.
Im pretty upset. I have never had this happen with past art commissions... and I would NEVER do this to someone.
If I cant handle my work load. I wont do it. I wouldnt keep accepting new commissions if i didnt want to do them....
anyways... what should I do guys?
do i message them again and just get a brushed off answer or what....

Yeah I will call paypal and tell them the situation .
Same, i just cant believe other artists can just go " oh yeah ill take this persons money and run away "
but this world is full of assholes so haha
