Any Reptile Owners in the Audience?

Hey everyone!
I'm super excited to share with ya'll that, at the end of this summer, I'll be getting a pet! My very first reptile!!! I'll be living on my own, so my mom can't tell me 'no' >:D
I was originally gonna get a ferret, but RIP, the apartment I'm moving into doesn't allow them :,(
But they do allow reptiles!!! And right now, I'm debating between a Nelson's milksnake, a sand boa, and a leopard gecko!
The only problem is, I can't choose ahhh ;n;
Does anyone watching me have experience with these animals? Could you possibly give me an idea of their respective levels of maintenance? This is my first reptile, like I said, I'd like something simple to start with!

I own a leopard gecko, and they're pretty low maintenance from my experience! you just have to clean out their tank every so often, make sure they have food (or set a feeding time and day depending on age and personality )and water available, and make sure their tanks have a decent temp gradient and humidity level! I'm by no means an expert, but my little leo seems content!
