So after talking with my boss, have discovered I suck at money management. Sure a few of y'all know this already. So outside of good ole pen and paper, anyone know a good budgeting website or phone app?

I just use Open Office's Excel sheets. I make a column for each vague thing: Bills, Groceries, Fun. I tend to break it down by month, since I get paid monthly. I'd suggest breaking it down by how often you get paid.
3 month free trial, cost 50$ a year, otherwise you just watch the videos on how to manage budget they offer and do the same using google excell . Used this for 3 years now, i am rich because of it
So TLDR: Try to avoid sales if you can and try to remember that games on digital storefronts (Like Steam, PSN or eShop) will likely be there a month after launch, instead of thinking that you need to get it ASAP when it launches. Of course buy things if they're cheaper than MSRP, just don't fall victim to Steam Summer Sales or anything like that. And of course, make frequent use of checkbook apps when you're away from a physical one, and set limits
