Horrible drinking problem

I've been an alcoholic for 5 years now, it used to be cute but I am now actively burning bridges and ruining my relationships over trivial matters. I apologize to those who I've said vehement, ugly, evil things to but the damage is done. Whether or not I ascend from this spiral is up in the air at this point.
