Long Absence + Free NSFW Art Requests

Hi everyone,
Its been quite a while since I last posted anything here, and I wanted to apologize for that. I lost my brother this year, something that's been very difficult for me and my family, and has resulted in me kind of distancing myself from all aspects of my life. Its just been a period of mourning and comfort with my family, and trying to adjust to everything. That said, I've missed interacting with people online, and would like to slowly try to work my way back up to things. I can't guarantee being as active as I was before, but I'm trying, and want to get back into artwork.
On that note, since its been so long (five months? Wow!), I went ahead and deleted the old free nsfw request journals. Given the time that's passed, I don't know if all the comments there are still valid, and don't want to risk drawing something someone no longer wants to see. Instead, I've compressed the process into one place: A convenient google form!
You can now fill out that form as often as you want, with requests for NSFW art with your OC and one (or more) of mine. Even if I've drawn for you before, or you've commented on one of my old journals, go ahead and submit requests again. As I'm working my way back into the art world, it'll be nice to have some requests to choose from to draw in my free time. Also note: I haven't updated the links on my website yet, so be advised that if clicked they will be broken.

Not so much a request, but would you be interested in a collaboration; your lines and my colors?
And do you mean for money or just for fun? I'm not sure I'd really wanna do anything official/for money, but if you were just interested in fooling around with other peoples' linework, I have a few things I could probably send your way?

That's really tough, so it's understandable why you were away for so long.
