Name change?

Recently single, so much has been going through my head. I have been.. so restless. In a good way. I am going through changes. Cut my hair off, plan on dying it, got some new clothes, started working out, rearranged my room, etc. Plan on getting my septum pierced soon. I've been going by Simon for like... 4 years (online). But as the idea of transitioning becomes more and more real to me, I have been feeling less drawn to the name and actually want to go with a more gender neutral name. I feel it will allow for a smoother transition for me. I may never take HRT. I want to get top surgery for sure. Heck my voice is already deep enough people on the phone at my call center call me sir anyways half the time lol I would like facial hair, but my priority is my chest.
Anyways, I am thinking Sydney. I love the name, and when I thought of it, it felt like a strong match for me. Lol no matter who calls me that, regardless of their perception of my gender, it won't make me cringe. And that is important to me. Especially if I don't go through HRT. People will make mistakes.
Also, I am thinking soon I will make a new profile here utilizing my artist name thingy SSOrcBoi. Since we don't have the ability to change our names here. Can't imagine that will ever be a capability. I will keep this account until I at least reach the same # of watchers on the new one. Not sure when I am going to do it though.

Like, i go by Mo. but Momofluff is an oc i made when i joined FA.
My online handle almost everywhere else is Morthern.
wich sounds much more masculine, compared to momofluff now that i think about it.
But since they share the Mo part, momo just ends up being sort of a cute nickname.

A name is something you should LIKE to be called, something you wanna hear and it doesn't upset you when people call you it
I did it, not much of a change for me but it feels SOOO much better then my birth name
My sister, who is just a cis female changed her name from Molly to Marisha because she hates the name molly, and it made her feel better
