Troubleshooting solutions tried: 7
Number of calls to tech support: 2
Number of explinations given: 2
Time to ship equipment: 3 days
Duration of outage: 5 days
Time to restore service after the equipment arrived: Under 5 minutes.
They -remotely- saw the router was fried. Why didn't we receive a call about that? It would have been nice... but of course that takes time and money.
As a demotivator says: Maybe if we stop caring, they'll stop calling.
Hopefully this one will last longer than 1.3 years too...

I love that series of games. I actually just recently purchased the Sim City 4 pack... haven't gotten around to the 4th of the series! XD
