As I recently settled on what my real passion in life is (cooking), I've started thinking. Thinking with me, see, its a dangerous thing, full of twists and turns and gunshots and naked boys. But I've finally decided :) Its going to be hard, but more than anything, I want my own restaurant.


Yeah, I know, Kinda aggressive for someone who hasn't even GOTTEN INTO culinary school yet >.>; But Its like... there's this part of me, inside, that just knows this can work, and will work... I just have to do it :)
