I am flat out with automotive work and trying to get the motivation to make deer hoof boots. I think I prefer to get my hands dirty.... :P

Ayeee automotive work sounds interesting though :D if a bit dirty. I'm still not sure what to do with the hoof boots I have either heh.

It keeps me busy and broke hahaha. I've just stored mine away, these ones I'm currently working on are based on high heels as I don't really want to do a full digi suit. Once I manage to make them then it'll be DTD time then finding someone to build it :D

I'm doing okay. I have to go into work tomorrow so that's how I spend my Independence Day and no holiday pay.

For the first nearly 5 of the just over 6 1/2 years at my job it had a lot of benefits including accumulating paid vacation time, paid sick time, dental and vision insurance and holiday pay as we work nearly every holiday of the year except for New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Just after Christmas about a couple years ago when the minimum wage went up to $10 an hour they cut most of the benefits of the program participants at my job site. The benefits cut were accumulating vacation time, we now only get 24 hours or 3 days of paid sick time a year as required by California law, dental and vision insurance and holiday pay.
