I know you're primarily a character artist but the way you draw certain inanimate objects is sometimes a little lacking. Mostly bottles. Almost entirely bottles actually. But yeah your characters themselves are fine, it's the stuff around them that could be worked on methinks.
As some others have said, your backgrounds and items can be improved, but I personally really like your characters. Just continue to develop your style and I think you'll improve naturally. Studying anatomy will help you when you're doing unfamiliar poses, but don't let it make you feel like you need to try for a hyper realistic style. What you're doing works and usually looks great. Only thing further I would wish for is for you to have more finished pieces while still being as prolific as you usually are. Which I imagine is just a matter of practicing to improve your speed. Perhaps try more "action" poses too. People fighting or fucking or whatevering with visible motion and energy.
TLDR keep working on what you're doing and look at other art for inspiration and technical ideas
Your strongest facet is your imagination and aesthetic sense for character creation. Keep doing characters that interest you, keep fleshing out your worlds through your art and keep the creative juices flowing. Oh, and keep doing gnolls! ;)
