My dad is smoking in the living room right now... crying his eyes out. Essentially his truck is his business. He paints houses for a living and carries everything: his tools, paints, w/e all in the back of his pickup.

So it got repoed and I'm pissed. He's too drunk and far to depressed to give me a coherent answer, but I just wanna know, for my watchers out there, Can they do this? He was about 2 days behind payment, and the check is in the mail. I'm an idiot when it comes to this sort of shit, but really are they allowed to do this? Isn't there a grace period for this sort of thing.
