I've been playing Cities: Skylines and playing around with the mod where you can drive cards around your city. All the bright lights and city streets reminded me of my days when I played a lot of Midnight Club 3 and Need for Speed: Underground 2 (since the remake was a waste of $20).
So why not finally make a game where you're the mayor of a town who's also a huge street racer. You could build your town in the day and racing on your own streets at night. This is why I'd love if Rockstar games and Paradox came together to make this idea a reality.

I've always wanted another game like Red Faction Guerilla where you could destroy brick by brick entire cities, the only problem with Red Faction Guerilla is that cities and buildings didn't respawn, and they were rather small

Yeah, especially with today's tech, it'd be awesome to level an entire block with Red Faction's destruction, but in a game like GTA.
