If you put someone down when they call themself cute, or hot, or sexy, then we will NEVER be friends. Let people feel free to feel good about their appearance. It's really, really easy to not be a dick. Just don't.
Please promote body positivity, don't say "it's a bad idea to call yourself cute" as one person did today. People can call themselves whatever the fuck they want.
I am totally taking what occured too far, but it really pissed me off for some reason. Probably because it took me a long time to love my body and be comfortable in my pudge, and it's the casual skeptical comments like "you think you're cute?" which cause problems to begin with.
It's fine to not be attracted to certain body types, just don't be a dick about it.
