Thanks guys, the CPU is being in the fix right now.

But all I know is the CPU recently is lagging so bad that I thought it was freezing and it barely reads the harddisk.

It might work an hour or two and the lag begins again.

Sometimes when I turn it on, the monitor doesn't turn on automatically, until I gotta push reset button.

The fixer might re-install it, but I might wanna hear your opinions on this.

What's your Operating System, btw?

(to find out, you need to press the Windows button (the button between the Ctrl and Alt) and the Pause/Break (located at the top right, should be near the Num Lock light indicator) of your keyboard (at the same time, but only once).

Internal maintenance:

Before we start, I want you to backup your work, artwork, personal files somewhere (Flash Disk/USB, External Hard Disk).

If your OS is a Windows 7, go to My Computer, right click the Local Disk C, and click Properties.
On the Generals Tab in the Properties window, click the Disk Cleanup. Once it's done processing, check all that is in the list and click the Clean System Files. It will process again, but it will do a complete cleanup. Once it's done, check all that is in the list and press OK or Start. It will start deleting the,
The reason why you're doing this is to clean up the unnecessary stuffs that are in your computer. Don't worry, it will NOT delete your personal stuffs. Just the unnecessary or unused junk stashed (system files and leftover update files)

We're still in the Properties. Click the tools tab, and on the Defragment side, click the button Defragment or Optimize. A new window will pop up. In the list, click the (C:\) and click Defragment or Optimize. It will take a while, but what it does is that it will organize everything in the C:\ drive, improving the performance a little. Once it's finished, close that window. (In your case, it might take less than 3 hrs)

On the tools tab, on the error checking click the button 'Check'. A new window will pop up, check both of the given options and click start checking, or OK. It will prompt for a restart. Restart and just wait. This time, it will will start checking. You won't be able to use your computer until it finishes. Once it finishes, it will restart and load your computer.

Lastly, Download Updates from Windows 7. Doing this will overall improve the performance of your computer, and because you mentioned that your monitor doesn't turn on that much, it could be a display driver problem. So updating your Operating System should fix it.

Do this every month, and you'll be good.

As for the external maintenance, have someone clean your CPU (In my term, Computer Unit. CPU is the chip inside that is attached in the Motherboard, AKA the Processor). By clearing off the unnecessary dusts and cobwebs stuck inside your computer unitas well as the Processor and Power Supply Fans, it should boost your performance as well.

it's time you get an SSHD (Faster HDD). SSD would be the fastest, but too expensive. Once you get a new HDD, you should perform maintenance every two-three weeks. Other than your Hard disk, the overall performance as well as the lifespan of your computer needs to be maintained. The usual quote 'If it's not broken, don't fix it.' will cause more trouble than you can expect.
