You should work as a CCT nurse on my ambulance unit lol, sleep all day, work as a paramedic and get paid as an RN XD

tell me about it, since they reserve us for CCT calls, we tend to sleep in the ambulance all day, heheh. when we do get a call we're all like "aw man we have to work?" lol :3

Forgive me this isnt my place, but if im understanding you, you sleep all day, and then get bummed when you actually have to do your job? I fear for the lives that you are called upon to save.

I was just being silly, of course when we get called we do our job to our fullest. of course, we're not incompetent.
its just that I work for an ambulance company that does exclusively interfacility transfers (no 911 stuff), we just take patients from hospital to hospital.
and I particularly work on a CCT unit, which takes care of very critical patient transports. though we are an important unit, we arent utilized all the time. they keep us ready for the important calls.
so we tend to have a lot of downtime between calls, often we run only one call in a 12-hour shift.
