Had a mental review thing for hoping to getting on disability.
Part of what I said to a psychiatrist, I was kind of was taken back, had flash back kind
of thing from a really traumatic part of my past that I haven't really thought
of for a few years.
One of the times I really just wanted to be held but no one to do at that moment.
I am ok, and a lot better now, and things, just was a mini event kind of thing reliving that again.

Just wasn't expecting to say as much as I did there.
Little sleep and being very hungry didn't help much.
Still a little shaken, but I a holding up and doing well. ^_^
