Adoptable Rules and Policies Guide

☆ Please respond to the previous bidder to bid if this is an auction. It'll be easier for everyone to keep track.
☆ You must have the money on hand, and upon purchasing an adoptable I must receive payment within 24-48 hours of the purchase. I can wait longer for a good reason.
☆ Important! Bid responsibly! Please only bid what you have. While I understand sometimes retracting bids is necessary due to financial situations, I would like an explanation as to why before you retract.
☆ No refunds adopt.
☆ Character belongs to you after I receive the payment. Usually I write in the post what you can do with him\her.
☆ I only accept USD (or points). Yes, I have paypal. I will give it to you in notes.
☆ Failing to pay in time or retracting too many bids may lead to me putting you on my personal blacklist for an appropriate length off time, depending on the infraction.
☆ If you bought an adoptable from me and would like the price/amount spent hidden, tell me and I will hide the necessary comments.
☆ You may trade the adopt.
☆ You may resell the adopt but for no more than what you spent on it. Unless it have more arts.
☆ If you are reselling/trading an adoptable designed by me and would like advertisement for such, please note or leave a comment for me and I can help out with that!
☆ If you resell or trade an adoptable by me, it would be great (but not necessary) that you tell me so I can update who the adoptable belongs to to prevent any future confusion.
☆ Do not claim the art work as your own. Credit where necessary.
☆ Note that I retain the right to post the design in my gallery/portfolio. Of course, it will be smaller.
