As I hit the trail on the 5th I realized that I forgot to mention here that I was disappearing for a few days so that my best friend and I could go backpacking for the first time. It was fantastic. We didn't managed to make it to our end goal (we vastly overestimated ourselves) but we did manage to make it to a small village with awesome food and found out the town over has a B&B for hikers. I'm so happy I finally went backpacking and I look forward to doing more of it in the future! Hoping next time I'll get some more sketching in!

We have a few more trips planned for this summer though no dates picked. When we figure that out I'll let you guys know too. We wanna do a few day trips before we go on a week long trip in Sept.

First day back I spent most of it face first in bed and yesterday I was with family for my mother and I's birthdays. Now that I'm back all I want to do is draw and finish playing Secret of Mana 2.
