So for what you're going for, they are saying that it's worse than it needs to be, when it's not as bad? He's harmed someone who's underaged and that sounds like he's in serious trouble. I am not really too kind on people who do that horrible stuff, but from what I am seeing, he's gonna be serving for a long time.
