how the fuck do you report art theft on instagram cuz I went ahead and did it and they say it's invalid and "it is not clear to us that you are the rights owner or are otherwise authorized to submit this report on the rights owner’s behalf."

And their response doesn't really tell me what to do now.
I responded to the email asking how to prove it but like, ??? was I supposed to do that??

EDIT: Insta responded to my 2nd email thankfully and removed it
It's a shame they don't just remove the account though with all the obvious theft but I don't really think I can do much about the others

Google the proper form, email it to them with it filled out.
They CANNOT refuse a DMCA, or you can take them to court and instant win.
Though Idk what a proper form looks like so I have no idea what I'm doing rip
I responded to it since it didn't have a "no respond"/"don't respond" in the email name and it didn't tell me who to notify or how to prove I'm the art owner?? I'm waiting for a response for now if I get one I guess;;;

The thief is obvious enough with the massive variety of styles in their insta, along with a lot of cropped versions that haven't cropped out the original artist's sig
I just left comments that they stole the art from me and that they should take it down.
Most of them took them down and threw some apologies my way like "omg I didn't know I can't use it" which is the worst excuse for art theft ever
I did leave a reply asking them to take it down tho
Looks like insta responded my 2nd email and took it down though!! I'm thankful that it didn't take long or anything, other sites are way worse with this stuff ;w;bb
