SO. Life's been super busy, as to be expected with a baby rolling around the house. As such, I think once I finish my current queue of commissions, I may be done taking them except on whims and by request, if I feel up to it. I just don't have the time and energy to take blocks of them; I take too long because it's hard to spread my focus and time. I end up being slow, because when I do have time to draw I end up wanting to finish quick and/or personal things before the things I actually NEED to work on.

I want to branch out and put more work into things of my own design and creation/co-creation (alongside muh bestie . But in the absence of taking on official commissions as regularly as I've tried to do, I'll need support to be able to invest my energy fully and work on building things up as much as I can, creating new and more intensive things like the animatic/storyboard thing I just did for Soren and Voltas, more speedpaints (cuz I haven't made one in FOREVER) and other such things. I've always wanted to make a living, or at least somewhat of one, off my artwork and creative things, and while commissions have done well for me, it's just not something I can dedicate myself to in any structured manner anymore. The company my husband works for is closing the office he works in, and while he's being kept on as a remote position, it's definitely put us in a spot where any extra financial security we can attain is a welcome weight off our shoulders.

As a result, I'm going to put more effort into my Patreon . I'm gonna focus on my OC stuff mostly, ranging from the beastfolk and demons you see on here to some other side-project type things that are kind of in the works that I just don't have time to work on between everything else. I don't currently have tiers or rewards figured out yet (and with my only 2 patrons in different pledge brackets as it is, it'll take some figuring out) but if you want to support me and what I do, consider pledging even just 1 or 2 bucks, it would be super appreciated. Alternatively, if you don't want to subscribe to paying every month, if you want to throw a one-off donation at my Paypal that would also be awesome.
