Important! Regarding refunds

So this has happened again, and while I understand the reasoning I have been hugely inconvenienced. I will state this here and now, DO NOT FILE a claim against me through PayPal right now. Please. If you want a refund send me a NOTE. I am working on detailing my TOS and this is a big part.
I don't mind giving a refund but they take time for me to gain and earn. During this time I cant have my PayPal be held up for any reason as I need it to purchase things like my medicine, which I cant function without. I Have been doing really good lately with keeping the funds I need for my meds in my account. If someone files a claim PayPal takes Those important funds that were given to me for the sole purpose of buying my medicine. So I cant get my medicine today.
And refunding people is hard for me right now since we don't have any spare money from my partners paychecks to go toward it. I literally have to remake the money either by reselling the slot or selling other slots.
I know the time I had spent sick really put me behind schedule and a lot of you are weary. I understand that, and no one feel worse about me being sick than I do. I hate ive made people wait so long. Just try to understand I am getting better, and I'm still dedicated to giving each of my clients a piece that was well worth the wait.
Thank you to the ones who haven given me unyielding patience. I do appreciate that, you are the ones who make me feel like I can do this and succeed. and I'm sorry to those that feel inconvenienced.
