As much of a sucker for black and red as I am, I must admit I find I like the new one more! The snake characteristics are just too damn wonderful. <3

Same too ! Red and black are my two favorites colors but i'm not the only one to like them both (yes because it's a nice combo). That's one of the reason which has pushed me to go with something new.

Dark colours as a whole are pretty great too though, and warm, earthy ones. Other than colour-wise though I really love the design of both versions. :3

This is easy for me, I'd prefer the new version more, due to two main reasons:
- The red scheme of the old one is too intense for my eyes
- The new one has scale texture, and I adore scales soooo badly
Some small details like his iris look more distinct from his eye color in the new version (old one has red-red and the difference wasn't very clear)

Thanks for your point of view ! Also nice development though. I'm also a fan of scales, more precisely of some types of reptiles species, same for the felines. That's why i made the choice to mix them both into one for the new desing.

Mixing my preferencies into something more personal. The details are also more well showed. About the red color of the old one, a friend told me the same thing. He remain special on his way.

Sincèrement je peux pas choisir entre les deux, je connais la première depuis trop longtemps pour dire que je ne l'aime plus. Elle était cool et le restera longtemps. Après tu as un don pour faire des chimères badass donc la deuxième ne peut être que bien forcément. Même s'il va me falloir un peu de temps pour l'assimiler x)

Et oui le changement est brutal, mais en même temps ça faisait un petit moment que j'avais ça en tête. Le nouveau est bien plus personnel et natural a certain point de vue, mais une grosse partie du resultat final revient a rogue est Felfi ils ont mis une bonne touche perso dessus. L'ancien restera une base que je garderai (il n'est pas encore dead mais sera utilisé différament).

Moins "emo dark", plus naturel et harmonieux dans les couleurs et mix des différentes espèces.

C'est trop bien le style emo dark triste ! XD. Je deconne. Mais oui c'est vrais que c'est autre chose maintenant, nouvelles perpesctive et vision et bien plus chimerique avec le mix espèces ! Merci en tout cas !!

I like both actually, and pretty much the same as one another.

As far as new goes, the scales and less fur add to a very unique look that I think works very well. It's a lot more even in terms of the color palette that just flows and comes together nicely and the overall character design is excellent. The new design has a more "mature" look, if that makes any sense, like he's older (not like senior status XD) but very grounded. The only thing that seems off with the new design is nothing connecting the front of the harness together over the torso. To be honest, that looks like it'd be uncomfortable to wear without some sort of strap holding the left and right side together over the torso so it wouldn't move all that much.

As far as the old goes, black and red will never cease to be an excellent color combination, and I really like the piercings as well as the specific shades of red used on top of the horns matching the harness and straps. The pattern for the red on the back looks absolutely gorgeous how it flows onto the tail. The chain holding the front of the harness together looks to be a good fit for the overall character design which looks beautiful.

Seeing the difference in the teeth on the two, I definitely would not want to get bit by the newer version. I'd rather get bit by the old >.>

The new one was planned to be more mature with a better powerful look and chimeric aspect, all of this to fit with the story i'm preparing, and second to be linked with my character's base form (the smilodon). The combo was possible with the help and patience of two friends :p.

The older one is more fire demon-like, that's why the piercings and overall mix of black and red. He's way more darker and young. I wanted to keep him because.... I can't get rid of him.
I can agree that it can hurt if the new one bites someone XD. Runs !!

Honestly cannot say which is best. they both have good points and i couldn't fault them at all... i think you should use both as Alts (switch with circumstance and emotion)

Addition of the scales make you more like a chimera and alot more dominant and powerful (as chimera are)
Colours are more natural and dark which is sweet, and the spots bring in more animal characteristics (its makes intrigue)

Old
Colours remind me of destruction and as a whole appears hellish.

And you're right. Depending of the situation both will be used differently. I already have the plan for the new and old one as well. Two alternative worlds. But they've also differents good points. Thanks you kindly though !

Hard to answers! I like both ! But the second is more charismatic and revisited with more personal modification ! But both are pretty, the first was cool, the second is more " Dark " and mystic.

I like the old better. The red is a lot more apparent and draws attention, though it could use a bit of muting in some cases. The new ones has so little actual contrast that it just seems dark until you look closer. I also like the all-fur more than what seems to be added patches of scales on the new one.

I guess the colors are one of the most important part. The red and black is cool but really common in my opinion, this is why I wanted to introduce something different :p. I'm still close of the red one but even more owith the new =3. Also thanks a lot for your participation!

I like the second one. The black and red color scheme is really eye-grabbing.

He's way more natural with a unique look i think. But he's more suited with my preferencies. The sheme of the red one is cool too that's why i want to keep him awith me as a special version :p.

I like the new one.
While the old one is black and red, and are the most easily badass colors (I should know...)
The new one has depth, style, and much more subtle work on color theory, detail, and pose.
It's not so "Omg I am teh badazz" and more of a rational take upon a character.

I got that thought that the new one is more researched with his different conception.I'm real a fan of the sheme black and red because i find it really interesting and dark-like.
However, With the new one, i was hoping for something unique and not common. And with the mix of ideas we've ended with that result =3.
