So, as you guys may know, Raffle Rules apply to all of the Freebie Milestones listed on my profile page!
I will enter all the names listed on my Watch List (Excluding my bf and close friends who are obliged to get usual free art made by me) into a randomiser to pick a winner of the Milestone Prize.
The Milestone we've reached is Sketch only~ ❤
I will notify the winner and confirm if they would like the free sketch prize. If they do not want it or do not respond within 3 days a new winner will be re-picked! ☆⌒(ゝ▽∂) Good luck to all! ~
