Fucking stupid provider can't even give a fucking straight answer as to why my internet is going slow. I have done trouble shooting, done speed test after speed test. I even found out I'm meant to be getting 20mb download speed with a 1mb upload speed but no I'm getting less then that as it goes to 10mb or under with under a 1mb upload speed which sucks, I can't even port forward the ports for my Xbox ONE or any other console I have like a PS3 that I'm missing cables to with a controller.

I'm already going through a number of things to try and fix the speed but nothing works, I'm now thinking of going to the Telecommunication Ombudsman and see if they can't get my provider to fix the problem along with giving me the correct speeds for my internet. I can't play multiplayer games or even watch YouTube Videos for my course work or to have going in the background while I'm working.
