Computer's on the fritz again

Should have figured this would happen sooner or later. Occasionally the computer's failed to start up properly (turns on, but monitor doesn't pick it up) for a while now, but since it happeneed infrequently I just ignored it unless it became a major nuisance...
...welp. Guees what?
Been trying to turn it on since last night and today, but nothing shows on the monitor. Tried cleaning out some dust, tried using a HDMI connection instead of the usual cable, but so far, no change.
You'd THINK i'd have learned by now to back up my newer files at the first sign of trouble weeks ago, to back up any recent projects and arts and stuff, especially since i've had this problem SEVERAL times in the past... but if there's one thing I've noticed about myself the last few years, it's that I never really learn anything. x.x
If I manage to get it running at all today, i'll backup what I can, then take it to a shop to check out. I've got my tablet (typing on it now) and phone to check FA and twitter and stuff, but until this is fixed, everything else is out.

Apologies again for the (technical) absence; seems the only journals I do nowadays are for when I leave and come back - save for the occasional trip, not much else goes on with me except for the usual routines and stuff.
But nonetheless. let's try and lighten the mood a bit - how's things been for all of you guys lately? Been up to much on your ends of the world? ˆˆ

Anyway, I've been doing alright; I've been playing A LOT of Splatoon 2 recently as can be seen from the snapshots I've uploaded. I would like to try to get back to my PS4 games though lol. And I've been working on the threesome story I've told ya about; the one with the threesome with the human lol. What have you been up to, and been doing?
But ah nice, you're into Splatoon 2 already! Are they gonna be having the Splatfests (or whatever they were called) like in the first game?
Speaking of PS4, got the Crash collection and played a little of that, though spent most of this evening starting Yakuza 0 again - if i'm gonna be with no computer for a while, might as well use some of the time to get back into some other games I still need to play, after all. XD
And yay, you have Crash; you are now truly representing your country lol XD I've beaten the first game, but haven't started the 2nd and 3rd ones yet. And I need to get back to Yakuza 0; which I'll mostly just start over on, and I need to even start Valkyria Revolution too.
Can't say the same here, it may be Australia, but it's freezing here. No snow where we are, but still gets into the single digits (in celcius) during the nights!

My folks are gonna take it to a computer repair place while i'm at work tomorrow, to see if they can get to the bottom of it. I highly doubt it's anything with the hard drives, since the computer was otherwise working fine. I'm suspecting a dust buildup somewhere I couldn't reach to clean, maybe. But either way, will see how it goes!
and its not only about online back up...its still about graphics tools...layer projects

YAY for Playing Yakuza 0..... i playing now Y 3...(4,5,Dead Souls waiting) and i love the series arleady... (watched 1&2 because stared interested in the series when my ps2 started die arleady)...and it take time to reach Y 0..because im Trophy Hunter ./////.
