PayPal issues. Just... ugh. (I'm shook xD)

I moved to 
SO people appearantly i have to tell you this.
If i as an artist ask for 5$ over paypal, but you live somewhere that doesnt have that currency -
now pay attention this is VERY HARD
you change the currency while paying to the one that the artist wants.
WHY would you go and calculate what 5USD are in (other currency here) and then pay
I LITERALLY AM MISSING 20CENTS BECAUSE SOMEONE DID THAT
it's not much but now imagine this at a store. that wouldnt work would it ?
SO THEORETICALLY I should go to that person and tell them to send me 20cents. shoudnt i. But then I'm the bad person amn't i :V
SO JUST LET PAYPAL DO THE CALCULATING INSTEAD OF PAYING ME LESS THAN YOU SHOULD :V

i know your struggle xD
but actually thinking about calculating 20 cents out... thats quite a lot if the total was 5$ (coughs 4% lol)
but the commissioner actually payed too few to begin with. which i find ridiculous
