Help? Found a newborn Bunny.
8 years ago
So I was working on my grandad's farm and I found a newborn bunny just on thw floor. I know I'm not supposed to touch them until their eyes are open but he was just laying there and I search but couldn't find any nest to move him to. And if I had left him there he would have been killed by the goats or chickens for sure. So I took him in and now he's pretty much doom unless I find out how to take care of him. If any of you can help I'd be really glad about it. I don't want him to just die.
Thanks! ;w;

If he's domestic it'd be best to contact a rabbit rescue if possible, as baby rabbits (domestic and not) are extremely hard to bottle raise and have high death rates. A rescue would have the right resources to give him the best shot.

I would not feed him as it's so easy for fluids to go into the lungs, the shock of a new food can stop his system, and goat/kitten/puppy milk is not the same as rabbit's milk.
I'm not sure where you live exactly but you can find rescue by searching for rabbits on here and looking at the rescue's names: petfinder.com
There's also this Canada based rescue that you can call or email. They may be able to help via phone or internet or give you a rescue that's closer and is able to help the bunny. https://www.10000carrots.com/
