just as the title says

so i got myself recently a fetish toy which is basically cups you put on your body and suck the air out of it for 15 mins as it detoxes ya

just did my first 15 min as it felt great as it was a bit hard to type to friends, but overall it felt great (because it was sucking at my ribs)

even tho i heard some athletes use this style of medicine, it sure sounds appealing to me

UPDATE: just put the sucking cups on my shoulders as they feel amazing on the touch but extremely awkward to type and move arms

then again i'm not familiar with these things at all, i'm just going with what i know by far

even to regain a healthy body as well to prove i'm worth something i've been considering a few things to increase performance in all shapes and forms i can (possibly) achieve at my current limits and so on
