Object In Mirror Are Closer Than They Appear.
So, last year some time, I found the complete collection old Jurassic Park trading cards that I amassed as a kid. All 88.
Well, I'm an asshole to myself apparently, and I donated them with a bunch of stuff to the Salvation Army.
And now I'm sitting here wondering, Chewtoy, why'd you even do that you dumb shit? You love that movie and those could have been worth a lot of money! Well, I was in the middle of a cleaning frenzy, trying to get rid of clutter and not thinking straight. AND I THREW THEM IN A BOX OF CRAP AND GOT RID OF EM. AUGH. >.<
So, I just re-bought them on ebay for $12. Honestly thought they'd cost a ton of money and I wouldn't be able to afford em, but... only $12! For all 88! Not bad. Got a piece of nostalgia coming in the mail soon! Gonna hold onto THIS set, REALLY tight!
Looking back, I wonder if this had anything to do with my current level of fan-obsession.... Nah, I'm sure it's unrelated... :B
