Geez, I get that some bigger/more successful artists only do commissions that interest them, but you could at least reply with a yes or a no!
Ugh, this is probably just how I was raised (I'm very polite with strangers), but I can't help but find that kind of behavior rather rude, like I'm being snubbed or looked down upon.
