Today I got an answer from the Rpg maker support about the Mac Issue
It's not optimal, but at least we know now what's going on there.

Thank you for your patience! The Mac specialist is on vacation for the
next two weeks, but I will remind him about your ticket as soon as
he's returned. I believe the developer is working on some hotfixes for
Mac issues at the moment, as well.
