Today I am 26. I'm glad to have made it so far! So far, in the past year, I have gotten a real job with real money, possible promotion in tow, and soon I hope to have enough for my own place in Silver Spring!

I celebrated with my family. We went out to this place called Northwest Chinese, where they serve Chinese food that actual Chinese people eat. Things like Lian Pi skin noodles and beef soup noodles; it was good!

After that, we went home and had cheesecake, and I got my presents- A pouch of oolong tea and a photobook of steam trains!

A quiet affair you say? Sure. But there is one thing more. Beginning August 18th thru the 21st, I'll be travelling to Florida to see  orangetabby106 Sarah again! I look forward to that when it comes, and I think that will be the best present of all.
