A darkened figure hiding in the light,
A noise, a movement, just beyond your sight,
Do not worry, for those that've gone,
they love, and care, protecting you with their sorrowful song,

They still live, and they still breathe,
Even though it was there time to leave,
this Earth, these people they loved so dear,
Never caring about Death, however near,

We think of them, we cry and scream,
We even remember them in the land of dreams,
They're still here to hold us tight,
When all the world, doesn't seem right,

Honor them, cry for them, even scream their names,
But never quit life's hardest game,
They still love us, and care for us too,
We'll be here waiting for death to have his due.
