Commission terms;

Just writing up a small draft here... i dont know if i ever will use this, its all so awkward, and i shouldnt even have to mention this stuff in the first place.
Im also a terrible writer, so uhh, theres that too.
Would you agree to these terms? Are some things too harsh or unnecessary? Is there a way to make this smaller, easier to read. Its kinda a wall of text atm.

This is a journal to state the terms of which i would be willing to accept a commission, what i will agree to do, and what i won't do. This IS subject to change, but any changes will be timestamped as to not allow me to shoehorn in new rules after accepting a commission. This is likely NOT legally binding, however i expect anyone i commission to be kind enough to tell me if they have any issues with this agreement, and decline, or negotiate on the terms.

Contact:
- You SHOULD keep in good contact barring act of god, and keep myself informed of anything that might break contact and/or delay the commission.
- I will contact you of my own will if i think contact has been broken and ask for an update given a reasonable amount of time passed (might be weeks, or months depending on promised delivery date/type of commission), the purpose of contact is not to rush or pressure you, rather, maintain good communication and understanding of the situation.
- Myself contacting you should never be the sole grounds for blocking me, banning me from commissions, harassing me, taking my money without producing content or otherwise badmouthing me.
Distribution:
- I will post the artwork to my FA giving full credit to everyone involved, i may also post said artwork to E621 given it is not shown as disallowed in your TOS
- You should credit myself, and everyone involved in all posts of an image i order. This includes other people in a couples commission, given i have provided an account for you to refer to. Crediting the other people involved is MUCH appreciated, though, i wont pester or harass you to do it, that is on them.
- A small watermark referring to my character (eg: Kara owned by Trippledot@FA) in the image is most appreciated, somewhere discreet on the image to not ruin the quality of the artwork itself.
- You are of course, allowed to post the image to any of your accounts or websites, given it is not being used to defame, insult, harass me or be an attempt of stealing my character.
- I will ask politely of you to remove the image if it is hurtful or you use it in a way negative towards me, and expect you to comply without complaint and in a timely fashion; as prolonged exposure only makes the situation worse. Failure to do so and moderation will have to be contacted.
Refunds:
- I reserve the right to request a refund given no contact is received over a prolonged time, and after my own attempts of contact have failed. Or if the quality of art delivered is nothing like that given in the examples or in your gallery and you are unwilling to remedy the case.
- The refund requested will be in an amount reflecting how much work has been done, based on your pricing sheet. I may expect a full refund given a grievous error on your part that you could have easily avoided.
Usage:
- Any use of artwork containing my character(s) should be treated with respect. No badmouthing, no shaming, or anything alike.
- You may not use artwork containing my character(s) for profit without specific consent. Advertisements for your craft without consent is okay; Selling artwork of my character(s) in a book, mugs, prints etc are not.
- If i agree to have artwork containing my character(s) used for profit credit must be given on the store page.
- I am much more likely to give consent if something is offered in return; eg. Discounts on future commissions, Part of the profits returned to pay off the cost of the original piece
- If a large sum of money (tens of thousands, likely) is made from sales of artwork of my character(s) i fully expect you to give me a small cut even if there was a previous agreement such as discounts or the art paid off, the size of the cut would likely be up to you.

especialy the more famed once since they, by law and tax, need to make a company of their services, will not agree to terms that deprive them the full access of the art they made and probably claim the right they own it aswel (some famed artists DO this)
