Herndon, VA. quite literally right across the highway from Dulles Airport.

Aww poop. I'm from Florida so I was hoping it was closer.

FAU [/i]used[/i] to be in NJ. For me, it was 45 minutes by car. Now it's about 4 hours by subway/Amtrak/DC Metro and a local bus.

I made it last year, so I'm trying again (also did better in artist alley there than any other con (including Anthrocon))

Me too. I think I commented on a different journal stating this same thing...I forget what the reply was but I got the impression that most of the commission work was taken at conventions and only conventions. I could be wrong, though.

As a friend of DC, I've always been quite fond of you for non art reasons. Though to be fair, before I met DCrabbit, I was a fan of your art. Today, your art is not the focus for me so the fact you haven't posted in so long didn't even cross my mind. I'm just a fan of you as a person, and an artist. ^_^ While I am currently unwatching people constantly to make the amount of pictures to look at less.... it is overwhelming, YOU were never under consideration for both reasons individually. ^_^ I hope you are well Max!
Just... keep drawing for fun more than just for money. if you want my opinion. ^_~
