my anthrocon 2017 in a nut shell

I know its been a little over a month since then but ive been busy and honestly kinda lazy to right this journal but its about time.
I had an absolutely amazing time.
first day which was Wednesday 28 I drove 4 hours to my good friend
kibotsu. sadly I forgot one thing. TO PRINT OUT MY BADGE XAX. once there we hung out with him before we went to sleep in our beds..sadly... I COULDNT SLEEP I only go 1 freaking hour that night because I just couldn't sleep.
Thrusday 29 we headed to pittsburg and had a fun time listening to comedians and roosterteeth on the way there. made the car ride go by fast. I was very exahsted still =w=
we arrive and pick up another friend and head to the westin hotel. after we parked we headed to register and omg THAT LINE X3X. we all pre registered so it was long but not SO long. we waited for a good half hour to and hour or so to get our badges. While in said line I met
inkh he was a pretty cool guy. how It happened was I saw his sona badge and I was like OWO INKH. it was fun to meet him. After that we headed to furnandos which is a staple of anthrocon. it was also good! but sadly I ordered something a little prematurely on a recommendation and it didn't agree with my stomach. the rest of the day I wandered around exploring and such. and tried to sleep.... and yet... I STILL COULDNT... sadly I got interrupted once and then the others came into our room. we then headed to eat at mercato a meatball place and another staple of AC. after that we just relax and wandered around basically. I went to play some magic before finally heading to bed. man did it feel good to sleep.
Friday 30!! the con activities finally begin but before that we went out for breakfast at a bagel place. after that we headed to kinkos to finally get our sona badges printed out. My first time in dealers den was awesome. Prioritys were laminated con badge, goggles, tail. and I completed my mission but sadly when I got my tail I didn't have a belt so I walked back to our room to put it on. I love my tail and goggles and wearing them around pittsburg was a blast.. I met
and his friends. they were very nice guys and we became frie I did various things the rest of the day including playing magic and smash bros with other furs. I also tried jousting for the first time and it was so fun. in the evening i met up with

Saturday july 1! I dressed up like zander with the vest blue shirt which was the anthrocon shirt, black vest, goggles and wolf tail. IT WAS HOT but it was so worth it to look like zander. I walked around like this for the day and it was awesome. I met up wit and his friends again for lunch at mercato. doing this with them was a great memory from AC. After that we all went to go watch the fursuit parade with was so amazing. later i want to what was my favorite panel. it was a sketch book swap where you take your sketchbook and put it on a table then you pick up someone elses and draw something based on what you see in the sketchbook. i drew in like 6 different sketchbooks and i got a bunch of cool drawings in mine as well. ill post them soon . the funny thing was it was only suppose to go on for an hour and it went for 3 cause we wer all having such a good time. at the end of the day i checked out the rave party. it was cool but raves aren't really my thing.
Sunday july 2. the last day of the con wasn't as eventful. i went down to the dealers den and artist alley. i picked up a commission that i got on Saturday and also bought another commission that i received a few weeks later by mail. ill post both of them eventually. we ordered some buffalo chicken pizza from giovannis and it was delicious. it had fries on it and is now my fave pizza.
Monday july 3rd was the day we all had to head home and clear out of the rooms. it sucked but i had an amazing time at anthrocon and i cant wait to go back next year. down in the lobby of the westin there was a fursuiter giving last fursuit hugs to those leaving. what was cool was it was being videoed and yours truly is in it along with one of the guys I roomed with. check it out.
