I know I tend to use a site that cycles through random stock images for poses to practice anatomy and structure they have humanoid and feral options almost all the time do a few of those on the timer to get the juices flowing and if one calls out to you stick with it and finish up the construction lines for a YCH thats how most mine end up happening when I'm dealing with depression and a massive block hope this helps!
