Should I increase my prices?

Oftentimes I see the great debate; commissioners want cheap art, other artists are furious at cheap art because then their art can lose value. I see both sides of the coin, but personally if I raise my prices above maybe $8 for a fullbody, I almost never get commissions. Many people tell me I should be charging no less than $15-$20! As much as I would love to get that much considering a fullbody of a medium complexity character may take two hours or so, I just don't think I could actually get anyone to buy. What are your thoughts / opinions?
For relativity, here is my current price list.

Personally, your style is worth two digits in my opinion. It's very nice. Hownim going with it is I have lower prices until I get better or more demand for them
