Just thought I share this amazing news with you guys as an inspiration if your trying to get into better health cause I've been on this journey for 4,5 years now and it sure is incredible. Been doing this on my own no pills or surgery just hard work and dedication. Today saw my doctor and got an update on my health. I've lost even more weight which is 10 pounds so from 338 was my starter to now I'm 213! My weight loss total is 125! It's mind blowing incredible and my body and soul and overall everything feels so much better!
