Heyo so I'm gonna be out of town from September 9-16th and I'm not bringing my tablet and don't want to put commissions on pause while I'm away. I'm opening 4 slots for both my normal commissions and the animated retrowave icons I've been doing. After these are filled, I won't be open for commissions again until some time after the 16th. RETRO ICON INFORMATION: Cell shaded 1980's neon style portrait icons. The animated parts would be a shine on your character's sunglasses and one other optional animated element. There is still a lot I don't know about animating yet so I'd prefer if the extra stuff was something really simple like water glittering in the virtual sun, softly pulsing neon signs/grids/character markings, twinkling stars, etc. If you've got an idea for something that might be too detailed, just ask and I'll let you know/give you an idea for something alternative.
