These are just the free poses, there are many more that are accessible through purchase.
The poses have janky anatomy in some poses since they're just simple 3D models. I wouldn't recommend copying them directly. BUT when you click on a specific pose, there are multiple viewpoints of the same exact pose, which helps a lot for perspective and foreshortening. It's just a really nice base reference for that kind of thing.

I tend to not like that particular 3D model just because it distorts in strange ways when you bend the limbs outside a certain range. But that's just me.
