Mouse Sensitivity Problems...

~Welcome to my Journal of Randomness!~
~*♥*❤*♥~ So a couple months back my old mouse completely died on me and I went and got me a new one.
From Wal-Mart.. I am so close to go to Best Buy and get me a new Mouse as that's where I got my other mouse from...
But figured I ask if anyone would know how to fix this annoying issue?
See this mouse I have is a Logitech wireless mouse. Runs on a Double A Battery and a USB port.
I have already put in a new Battery to see if that will fix this issue but it still persists with it's lack of sensitivity.. Even taking the battery out and putting it back in.
I've also cut off the mouse and waited a few seconds to turn it back on. Along with unplugging the USB port and plugging it back in to be installed. Nothing I do does not seem to be working. :/
What is it doing?
Will for one moment it works lets you move about. Scroll. And click on things.
The next it doesn't work and you have to move the mouse courser with the Touch Pad to get the mouse part to somehow work again?
But these last two nights that little ploy to get it to work won't do now.
The mouse chooses randomly on when it wants to work again. And sometimes you get it to work for a second before it decides "NOPE Just kidding" and doesn't do anything at all.
It's getting really frustrating as the Touch Pad is too faniciky to use. As it will shoot my page to the very bottom when I just want to scroll down just a smidge to look at art. Not at the comments :/
Idk I just figured I ask and see if anyone knows how to fix this issue before I go and spend $20-$30 at Best Buy for another new Mouse. XP

I've typically found that wireless devices, Keyboards and mice, have a horrible lag when I use them. I prefer wired devices.
Also, since it's wireless, it could be getting signal interference from another wireless device in the house, someone's bluetooth device or the neighbor's short wave radio. They could be operating on the same frequency.
You might want to check the mouse settings in your computer's control panel, too.
Oh, and LOL, I miss read the title and thought this was about mouth sensitivity problems..
