Not a good thing to find a letter in the mail from some collection business wanting $150.

Some time ago, I sold an old Cavalier after I got a better car, who in turn sold it to another one. Stupidly, I gave the person the title without going to the DMV to have it transferred. so this person parked illegaly somewhere in Denver, and because the car was still in my name, now I am getting a letter for an overdue parking ticket that was supposedly not paid. I did pay the stupid thing and waited to be reimbursed, but it never happened. And now I get a letter saying it was never paid.

Unfortunately, the account I used for paying was was closed years ago, so I have no records of it. And so did I lost contact with the person that ended up with the car; I only know it was someone here on FA. It would be nice if they came forward and took care of this crap, but I don't expect them to. Sad to say, many furries are flaky and irresponsible.
