A number of days ago, the ISP decided to just shut off the internet without reason. Thus, I wasn't able to notify anyone in regards to my current situation.

THey did, and it was quite a bit of BS when they said they weren't getting the full payments. Which they were as well as getting more than we were actually getting. We're suppose to get credit during the time the service was getting weird.
